How to permanently delete your account from our platform

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent. All your personal data, order history, and preferences will be permanently removed from our servers.

In the left menu, click on "Privacy & Security". Scroll down to the "Account Deletion" section.

Click "Delete My Account", enter your password for verification, and confirm the operation.

No, deletion is permanent. You'll need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.

Yes, all your pending orders will be automatically canceled. We recommend completing your transactions before deleting your account.

Deactivation is immediate. Complete removal of all your data from our servers may take up to 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.

If you just want to take a break, you can temporarily deactivate your account instead of permanent deletion.
